Newborn shoot and family pictures!

Lennie Hansen from LM photography took our family pictures and newborn photos of Bridger and they turned out really great! Im so happy that we had them done!! Bridger was a week old! There are so many more but I'll leave you with these!

Bridger 1 week old

I know Im a little behind but life with a new baby is hectic :D
Bridger got Jaundice pretty bad his first week home but I didnt get him in to be checked until he was 7 days (usually when it peaks) so he was pretty yellow until 2 or 3 weeks but he is doing soo good! He is slowly getting his nights and days in order which really helps because I do enjoy sleeping when its dark out! He loves having his feet rubbed and he LOVES to be swaddled! Which I am thankful fore-it really helps him sleep! Here are a few pictures-

Happy Birthday Bridger Scott <3

Well my last post talked about how we were being induced, well after 3 doses of cytotec and 10 hours on pitocen-nothing happened. They got my blood pressure under control and sent us home. Well i went back for another dr. appt and my BP was 192/147! My doctor just about dropped dead-so he said go home and get Benjamin and get to labor and delivery NOW! This was on Jan 6th.
So we get to labor and delivery and get started right away on cytotec to help things along. 3 doses later and hardly any change, we almost decided to throw in the towel and do a c-section because it didnt seem like anything was happening!
Well they gave me ambien to sleep at 1 (i had made progress and was going to start the pit in the morning) and the doctor came in a 3 to "check" little did i know he broke my water-and they started the pit and it was INSTANT labor!! I was okay from about 3-6 AM(besides it being a cruel joke to have given me ambien and nubane) and at 6 called for the epidural and got it at 7! But 9:30 we were ready to go and the baby was born at 10:10 AM on 1/7/10. He weighed 6lbs 12oz and was 20 inches long.
We only had to stay in the hospital one day which was great and my BP is back down to normal! He has been a great baby (besides wanting to be held ALL night last night) and we are just so lucky to have him!
So here are some pictures and WELCOME HOME BRIDGER SCOTT!!

Saying goodbye to the belly....

As most of you know by now we are being induced today because of 8 days of high blood pressure (at least 185/115). We are 3 weeks and 2 days early but everything should be just fine :)
So before we left for the hospital this morning we took a few pictures and even took a picture in labor and delivery-im being induced so the process is SLOW! So yes, we are bored :)

My last meal!

The "almost" finished nursery!!

Here are just a few snap shots that I have taken of the nursery! We are so excited to be able to bring Bridger home to it!!

Its beginning to look a lot like christmas!

I seriously cant believe how fast the weather changed! It snowed a tiny bit in November and a tiny bit on December 1st-but it looks like winter has finally decided to grace us!!
I HATE driving in the snow-so I visited Kira today and stayed there most of the night-decided that I didnt want to drive home, and now that Im hear I dont really want to leave! Here are a few pictures from my porch!
